Shipping Guidelines apply to shipping within Canada. No shipping guarantees on orders sent to manual review or backordered items. B3 is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that results from factors outside its control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipper related issue(s). Under any circumstance, B3 is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you!
You have 14 days from your order date to request a return. Please make sure that all items are unworn with the original tags attached.
All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Gloves
- Socks
- Headbands
- Water Bottles
- Underwear
- Hair Ties
Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have protective hygiene strip intact.
A select number of heavily discounted sale items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
EXCHANGES
We’re sorry, but currently we do not accept exchanges.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Charges: If your order has been sent to a destination outside of Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through B3. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
B3 will gladly help you with your returns*. Please contact customer service at:
info@b3shop.ca and put “RETURN INQUIRY” in the subject.
In the email, please provide a photo of the product with original tags attached and a photo of the tag which shows the size, colour, and style clearly.
Once we’ve received the item and processed the return, which can take up to 14 days, you’ll be refunded as requested to your original payment method (minus shipping costs); credit card, gift card, or you will see the Store Credit reflected in your account as agreed upon.
Due to the limitations of desktop scanners and the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colours you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
